I am an amateur age group triathlete in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve been doing triathlons for almost eight years. My background is as a high school and college runner. However, I became interested in the sport by watching the Hawaii Ironman on TV. As I watched, I was captivated, not by the top athletes, but by the average people. The jubilation and sense of achievement each athlete felt crossing the finish line was very inspiring to me, not to mention, the sport looked like a lot of fun. Since starting out with a mountain bike, I’ve rapidly advanced in the last few years and have been slowly climbing up the age group ladder. I love the sport, meeting new people, and traveling from place to place. With your support, I hope to achieve my goal while representing your product and giving you added exposure.
