I grew up in Western MA playing soccer. I was recruited by Dartmouth College, but eventually left the soccer team and joined the cycling team. A friend suggested I go for a bike ride with him and despite the bike being several sizes too big for me, I had a great time. The Dartmouth Team, always looking for more women to introduce to the sport, encouraged me to join and I had a phenomenal collegiate racing experience. After graduating, I continued to race on the road and tossed a little New England cross racing into the mix. Currently, I'm in Boulder CO training for my season with Treads. I also Nordic ski (and I'm learning how to alpine ski!) in my free time.
