I grew up playing the traditional stick and ball sports but discovered running and cycling while in college at San Diego State. My triathlon career started in 2000 and I've since completed 5 Ironman races plus a hundred or so Half Ironman, Olympic and Sprint Distance races. My passion for triathlon and running led me to start up the Forward Motion Race Club back in 2002 and since then we've grown to over 300+ members! We're considered one of the top triathlon and running clubs in all of Northern California and are well known across the country.
